Great at providing care service's during the week. Touch wood. No issues as yet. Weekend service's are definitely not the same. Very disorganized. Can't stick to times, sometimes don't show up at all and sometimes don't find out till a few hours after the fact that no one is coming. Or you find out when the police come at 11.30 at night to do a wellness check. Needs a good shake up. And if you need information on who you can speak to locally the call centre will not provide this as its a breach of privacy??
