When kid is sick or something has happened they don’t refund only if its more then 2 weeks then will give refund.It’s very hard if they don’t refund you coz for myself every $1 is a lot specially how they increase every term money.They very expensive.

Best school holidays programme in town. Super friendly staff. Safe and supportive. Kids love going every holidays. Great winter choice. A family favorite. Good new equipment also . Enough to keep all ages happy.

Hamilton city gymnastics is the place to go if your looking for a gym. It first all your needs and has classes such as aerobics, tramp, and artística gymnastics. It also has recreation gym and baby classes. Also in the holidays there are holiday programs thst run.

I actually give zero stars. What a horrible experience trying to enrol my autistic 3 year old child. Zero understand, extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone, and zero customer care. If you don’t want to cater to special needs children don’t leave your flyers at a special needs school for parents to take home.Hamilton city gymnastics should be ashamed of themselves.Exclusion at its worst.

My children have been coming her for years and the staff are brilliant. The facility is a little dated and unfortunately in the summer extremely hot up stairs for spectators. Still coming here every week for gymnastics and would definitely reccomend if your thinking about taking it up.

Excellent facility for all ages to learn our three kids go here started attending this term reception has a person on the desk very helpful for check-in and get directions have a look at the news bulletin board of all the beautiful photographs of the teams and there achievements you can buy leotards and shorts at the desk. Once checked in go up the stairs be mindful that kids run up and down hold the handrail There are five staff members on the floor with the groups. They are pigeon holes that you can put your shoes and jumpers and keys in and the water bottles go to the staff members and go in the water bottle carriers. There is parking but it's limited you can park on the road as there are other businesses around please don't park on there premises or blocking the entrances there is a viewing area upstairs with comfortable seating and some couches.Male and female toilets and disabled toilets clean very well kept.It was nice to get an induction of the safety of the area , there's a large fan keeping the air flowing all around.You can make payment installments just contact them in the office and they'll set up something for yiu to help.

A great facility for children. However organisationally it's 1 star. There is no staff on duty in the weekend so for new beginners it's all go and ask that person over there... Parents, all parents say the same it all really disorganised when you start your just have to get the kids on to the mat and go with it . Regardless of the fact that you paid money online there seems to be no record of new children starting on that day . Apparently you have to wait 2 weeks for the name to show up on the roster . Not really helpful on day 1
