Posting on behalf. Said on website you are open on labour day. So came all the way from amberley. No one was there. Rung up an said we would would be charged 80 dollars for a call out fee. Now i cant get to work tomorrow.

Poor customer service and a distinct lack of expertise. I brought in a cylinder I needed to replace the seals on, the representative was condescending and rude, he told me I was wrong about my understanding as to how to replace the seal and that the seal I wanted to replace was incorrect (I thought he was was being helpful at the time...). Fastforward a couple days and went to a different specialist and discovered that Seal Innovations was infact incorrect and I was doing the correct thing. If you're not sure about something just say, don't waste peoples time with incorrect and rudely delivered information.

Went in this morning looking for an o-ring to stop my motorcycle leaking oil. Now typically, this sort of store would sell in bulk, but they were extremely helpful and were happy to sell me a single o-ring of the size that I needed, that would've cost 50 dollars elsewhere.I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any sealant of any sort that you may require, and I will absolutely be shopping here in future

Will be my go to seal place from now on. After Spa heater seal leak, spa pool seller didn’t have it, plumbing supplies didn’t have it. Took in old seal and element, in 3 mins had one. Great service.

Worst customer service ever. Kicked me out for no mask even with exemption. Breaking the new zealand bill of rights. Slaves to the government. There is no scientific study that prove mask wearing stops the spread. Will definitely be taking business elsewhere.
