Miss diagnosed strep throat for an ulcer twice ,by two different doctors" at this place. Which both times I've had to go to 24hr emergency doctor . Time and money wasted

Had Judith Rikmanspoel as my doctor, first of all she was 17 minutes late to see me which is longer than the appointment it’s self and didn’t even mention sorry for being late. I went to the doctor to get nothing else other than a doctors certificate as I had already been to the physio. She heard what I had to say and then wrote me a certificate well not suggesting any type of help with my injury or what the injury may be. For a 5 min appointment with no help or interest to help me I was charged full price. $42 for a 5 minute appointment I think is shocking and Judith should be better considering her hourly rate

Go there tell doctor I think I'm having a mental breakdown maybe I need antidepressant, and she recommends ELECTRIC SHOCK THERAPY and now after coming here 20 years they hang up on me .

Do not go to Dr Ruiz! My wife attended an appointment with her and Dr Ruiz timed the session. My wife asked about changing some pills (which was urgent) and the doctor said you only have four minutes left so I can't talk to you about that

Changed doctors after many years at previous facility to here. Fantastic.... immediately 2 members of my family were correctly diagnosed with problems old doctor kept ignoring and one was operated on within a few months. Sorcha and Ben have been fantastic. Also...we have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes! Can't believe it. Definitely recommend.

My experience here has been great. Just before Xmas last year I had a very stressful scare. In a matter of days (just two before Xmas) I had a scan booked to further investigate and when the dr broke the news. of what it could be it was given in a kind caring way, which is what I needed.

Honestly worst doctors you could go to.Straight up.Been coming here for roughly ten or so years and I've hated every bit of it, could never get any help.All they cared about was getting each patient in and out as quickly as possible and not care about their health and just take their money.Almost feels like this place only cares about money.Moved doctors and I'm finally able to have my health taken seriously.If I need a new gp in the future, there's no way I'm coming back here.Seriously if you value your health and time. Find somewhere else to go.This is coming from someone's who's been coming to this gp for way to long.I'm saying this so people don't waste their time and money here and get the help they need.

Receptionists not very friendly, Doctors practically pushing you out of the door as soon as you walk in .No more of the great friendly doctor patient service, like it always was back in days of when it was in Gayhurst Rd.

Worst medical center I've ever had to deal with, 5 weeks later and scripts for both myself and my partner have been stuffed up every week, both her and I are on some pretty big meds and have been for over a year my partner at 3 years. Have withheld medicine have put myself and my partner on the verge of our bodies completely shutting down. Doctor does not listen does not pay attention, has not been anyway shape or form any help to us other then to over charge us over and over again when the doctor made a mess of everything, still no meds, still no idea of what's going on. Warning, shop around and dont bother with this place. Waste your time and money, and put you on the verge of deing.
