I hadn't had KFC for a couple of years. I was really disappointed as the chicken & chips were so salty, barely edible & the chicken was exceptionally greasy. Enough to put me off for another 2 years.

Many times this establishment has left out my food items. Service could be better and the food could be fresh and hot instead cold and not tastey which i often get

Everytime we come here they are out of burgers and they only offer a small selection of their menu. Waste of time as you get stuck in the drive thru for ages just for them to tell you they can't serve you. Put a sign at the front saying you're out of food !!

I know you youngsters don't want to work but I tell you while you are there have respect for the people that are buying and contributing to your wages.. I hope your mother goes somewhere and gets served by a little arrogant upstart like the girl that served me tonight at gate pa kfc, pretty sure she would be embarrassed

Worst potato and gravy I've ever had. There was literally no potatoe but only gravy. Paid $7 for a potato and gravy but what i got was sauce. The wicked wings was really dry compared to the juicy ones I am used to. Also instead of a coke zero I get a coke. Not sure whether they were busy or just messing with my order.

Absolute rubbish service. Stopped serving chicken at 9pm on a Thursday night, only had Zinger burgers available. Dine in was closed even though the hours on the window said closing was at 10pm. Rude staff. Will never go to this store again.

Extremely disappointed with this kfc. When I ordered my food I asked them to put on extra salt since the previous time had barely any salt at all making the chips disgusting. The lady said yes to extra salt, but when I got them they still had no salt on them and were cold. The whole point of kfc chips is the seasoning so it's dissapointing when they just taste plain. Also the chicken was way too greasy and left a puddle at the bottom of the bucket. Horrid food won't be returning

Worst experience I've ever had with KFCFloors covered in spelt drinks, Dirty table's rubbish not removed. All pale in comparison to the toilets , in pure desperation was forced to use. Hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long. Even the walls were covered in filth. When I asked a staff member if they had a cleaning schedule, he didn't even know what this was. The 2 young women however were actually celebrating when our group left this restaurant. Apparently customers get in the way of their socialising with their friends in the carpark.
