I called this morning as we had lost power to part of our house, We operate a floristry business from home and our flower chiller stopped working.Rob the Director came out personally as his guys were all out on jobs and we had power restored within 15 minutes of his arrival.Fantastic service indeed! We have had fantastic service from Laser in the past & I have called to let them know how good their electricians are & recommended them to everyone. We won’t be doing that again. An electrician was called by our tenant, for an oven not heating. The electricians initial comment was that the stove was so old he doubted it would be worth fixing. After looking at the oven he told the tenant they would not be getting a new stove as it was only an element. Visit well less than 1 hr. When he returned to install the element he was slow, but again well less than an hour, & the bill $543.05. Given the comments made at the initial visit the tenants expected the cost to be approx $100 - 150. I paid the bill & emailed laser prviding negative feedback but have not had any response so they obviously don’t care customers are being ripped off. Do NOT use Laser electrical.
