We are happy with our product but the service is poor.We bought our product from Trademe Website and the transaction was smooth. So we were told to go to Hornby Store today 03/12 at 11:30am and was attended by a young gentleman by the counter.He told us that the pick up is at the airport and not at their store in Hornby. When I asked him him if they have it in store instead as we already took a long drive to Hornby just to go to airport as it is a waste of fuel and it wasn't our fault being given the wrong address.The guy answered in a very rude manner We always ask our customers to vome here to verify them before sending them to our warehouse to pick up their order". He even reasoned out that if someone uses their card then someone will pay for it and it's not them.Personally I think that is a bullcrap answer

Very Poor service.I bought the deep fryer and it had a problem so I asked for a repair. However they asked me take it off and bring it to their shop. So I couldn't sell the food. So I bought a new one from them and the other broken one took back their shop for repairing.However they didn't repair and any action for 3months.So annoying.If new one also broken, do I need to buy a new one again?What a defraud.
