I thought that my Countdown purchases on my one card over at least 2 years would have given me at least 40 cents off petrol per litter.WRONG.It was going to give me 3 cents- then the girl said I would get another 6 cents off.I walked out & went to Pac & Save.Got the 6 cents off which was 40 cents less than the BP.

Great service.Friendly staff who greet you politely.They will help on the forecourt as well if you ask for help.

Good clean and spacious store. Good variety of food and drinks given it is a smaller store. Recently had an upgrade to the food and drink part of the store. Awesome staff always smiling and full of good humour. There is usually no forecourt service here I have found also isn't the cheapest for petrol. Can get gas bottles refilled here.

Was on holiday and usually most bps have good coffees well unfortunately this one did not it was awful especially for the price you pay. Muffins were not too bad but also quite pricey.

Was ignored by a young male at the counter because he was busy talking to a female friend who was leaning across the counter at him. He acted as though I wasn't even there.He shouldn't have this job if he can't show basic respect and serve the 1 customer he has waiting for him.Thankfully his female colleague was there to serve me but by the look on her face and her glance towards him.. She had had enough of him as well.
