Good experience the last two times.Wasn't thrilled with my gels they lasted 5 days before they chipped off and I wasn't doing anything out of the norm.But I was happy with my brows and lashes The other lady was very friendly and chatted away and was very efficient. So happy with my brows and lashes! Taylor? Tai? So sorry can't remember but I'd happily book her again she was wonderful

Sarah reshaped my eyebrows and tinted my eyelashes and she done an amazing job it’s the best i’ve ever had done. It is always relaxing and the staff are all nice. Jodi just recently foiled and cut my hair and she done a superb job. I keep getting comments about how good my hair looks now.

I had a fantastic and very friendly greeting from the lovely ladies at Beauty and Beyond for my appointment recently. Nice to see smiling faces. I had nail extensions done by a very lovely young lady. She was very professional in everyway in the preparation of the nails right up until they were finished. She really made a fabulous job and I am proud to say that they are still as beautiful today as they were three weeks ago

Today I treated my daughter to her 30th Birthday. We got the Holistic Healing Haven Package with the add on of the Holistic Floatation Pod. Thank you Nicci for everything you did to arrange this day. Maui you have Healing Hands. The whole afternoon was Amazing. I 100% recommend this retreat

Beauty & Beyond Urban Retreat
It is a luxurious salon but it did not live up to the quality I received for my nails. I could hear the backstabbing the younger staff were sharing with each other. The lady that did my nails was lovely in person, but for the price I paid ($190 for pedi & mani) the quality of the work came up short & I had to come back to get them fixed & I am still not happy with the way that it came out. Uneven, not straight & they possibly won’t last a week or 2 for gel nails. My sister got her nails done from another salon and they look flawlessly stunning! (She only paid $70 for her mani). I feel completely ripped off. As I used to be an old customer I will not recommend this place & definetly won’t be be coming back here again.

Today was my birthday and I went for a spa day with my mum. We got the holistic healing haven package with the add on of the holistic floatation pod. I 100% recommend Jess. She is absolutely awesome at what she does. The whole retreat was amazing. Definitely a 5 star experience!!
