Kitchen Studio - Nelson

We had our kitchen completely re-done through Kitchen Studio Nelson and couldn't be happier. We were extremely satisfied from start to finish. Louise Kirk spent many hours designing 3 different options to suit our space. Also, the communication with Susan just before, during and after the installation was seamless. The installation was completed in the time frame promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Studio Nelson. Thanks Team!

We were absolutely impressed with the quality of staff, service and our finished kitchen from start to finish!. Right from the very start when we walked in their door and discussed what we wanted, we were very happy with how professional and pleasant both Louise and Susan were. We were very happy with the design Louise came up with and then once the time came to start we were very amazed with how efficient Susan was advising us the plan and everything from suggesting the tradies we could use to working in with them to make the process go as smooth as it could.Everything went extremely well. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would totally recommend Kitchen Studio to anyone.

I employed Kitchen studio to revamp my kitchen and they did a great job until I was cleaning my floor and looked up and they had not put laminate on the underside of the bench edge. They did agree that laminate should be on the underside of the bench where the dishwasher is to prevent steam getting into the timber but this is not lined up properly so only part of the underside above the dishwasher is protected. I was a bit concerned and my husband and I went to see them. I was talking to Judy and the owner walked in and said they do not laminate the underside but do above the dishwasher as moisture can get in, He also told me to employ a cleaner so I did not have to see the underneath chipboard. I was upset that he could talk to a client in that manner and was very dismissive as if I was an idiot.

We are loving our new kitchen the help with fine tuning of our ideas from our designer Louise assisted us with creating a fabulous new kitchen . it's such a great space to cook . We had good communication from kitchen studio all the way.

We recently used Kitchen Studio to upgrade our kitchen. The planning process was exceptional. Avesh had strong views on what would work best for our situation but did not force those views on us. Rather, he explained the pros and cons of different approaches and materials (there are always 3 options")

The Kitchen Studio team have done a tremendous job on our kitchen renovation.The attention to detail in our design was the best of the companies we had a look at and our designer was happy to keep refining the design until we had just what we were after. A good place to go to seek advice for you new kitchen or rebuild. Susan and Avesh are very welcoming and have lots of great advice to offer. Worth a visit if you're renovating or building.

We began working with this company, who were initially excellent at liaising, around mid-March. We were looking to have a small utility room (including sink and worktop, two units and a pantry) installed. In 8 months, all we have managed to get installed is a worktop and undersink unit (and this we had to micromanage, otherwise the worktop would have been improperly drilled). In all fairness, about one month of this delay we take responsibility for not making decisions due to family matters (of which they were made aware), but as time wore on we got sick of the lengthy process waiting for quotes or other information, tired of unreturned phone calls, more unreturned phone calls, and again more unreturned phone calls. So a couple of weeks ago we asked point blank whether they were willing to do the work and if so, to please complete the quote. No response.Just after the worktop was installed, they requested that we leave a review. We were puzzled that they would make such an unprofessional request not even halfway through a job. So now as they are patently unwilling to complete the job or even show enough common courtesy to return communications, we've decided to honour their request.

A very good place if you want to buy a kitchen which gets a personal individual touch
