More of a product review. We have a Studio freestanding wood burner with wet back feature and eco flue. We did a lot of research and for 5k installed, it has to be one of the best. We burn seasoned Macrocarpa, Pine, Oak, Rimu, Manuka and Malaysian hardwood and it provides good output with all. I would say it prefers the hardwood and Oak and seems to be more efficient. We have a 160sqm home and it does a good job of heating most areas (we have underfloor heating in our bathrooms so it's hard to tell). It's super easy to light and gets up to good heat output fast - our old burner is about a 5 compared to the Studio. Aesthetically, it is very attractive and compact so looks really modern and contemporary. The colour range is also a nice touch - we went with black. It will even boil a cup of water for that cuppa. Great product and highly recommended.

The staff in the parts/showroom are fantastic. So friendly and very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble - great product - great company to deal with.

Great service and top quality product. Our freestanding open fire place is a real feature of our house, we have even cooked the odd camp oven roast in it during the winter months.

excellent product, advice and service. enquired about pricing for chimney parts and cowling for my fire (another brand) that i was having issues with. Other companies replied with price only. Warmington got on the phone to me to discuss the issues i was trying to resolve. Then while on phone shared google street view to discuss the aspect and height of chimney. Offered good thorough advice. Pricing was as good if not better than elsewhere. Thanks for the great service and excellent quality product. New chimney is now installed and it seems to have resolved the smoke issues i was having previously.
