I have been using Cyco for around 5 years now and they have delivered great service consistently over this period. They sourced and build me a custom bike which was fantastic and since then they have done various maintenance tasks for me. Most recently they have built a pair of custom wheels to a very high standard. I find that the Cyco team are always welcoming, professional, and have a real 'can do' attitude to every task and consequently I have no need to go anywhere else.

Highly recommend the team at Cyco!! Bought a 2nd Hand Bike (elsewhere) that had seen better days so booked in a gold service and a basic bike fit. Bike was ready to be picked up in under 2 days and looked and rode like it was brand new!! Recommend the bike fitting service where they do a detailed assessment and make adjustments (saddle, handlebar etc.) to ensure the bike was set up well for my individual needs.

Had a bike fit with Logan today. In a word brilliant. Very knowledgeable and really good at explaining what he was doing and why as well as providing great advice from his experience. Even fixed my bent rear derailleur. Great store and professional set-up. Very happy.

Reasonable, transparent pricing, and never seem like they’re trying to sell you on something you don’t need. On top of that they recently sorted out an issue for me for free.Cheers
