Took my car in recently to have the brakes repaired as I was having an issue with them that originated from work done by a dealership service centre. The team at Southend Motors did an excellent job repairing the brakes within a day. No further problems with them. I feel happy and confident with the car again.

here is my experience: i took my car for a new WOF, the guy seemed friendly and polite. the day after he called me to confirm the cost, $400 which seemed a bit high to me but I said ok. couple of hours later called again, now $600, because they found new issues, I was surprised but I agreed which was a mistake. When I went to pick up the car he asked for $900, new issues again. I refused to pay the extra 300 and he said he has to remove the WOF.conclusion: waste of time, energy and money. Untrustworthy, will never go back again.

Arrived on closing time with trip ending problem. Quickly diagnosed the fault, and fixed it, and charged minimal amount. A million thanks, able to catch the ferry as planned. Highly recommended!

Haminder and team are fantastic. Haminder is communicative, reliable, dedicated and honest. I've had two cars regularly looked after by the South End Motors team of different ages and both have been taken care of with the same attention to detail and excellently serviced to keep them running safely and efficiently on the road. Thoroughly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Took car in for a service. Harminder kept parts to show me the condition it was in and explained why it had to be replaced. They only replace what is needed to be replaced. Reliable and easy to communicate with. Definitely the best mechanics I have come across in Wellington.

Amazing service and so friendly! They called to update me on the repairs and the estimated costs, and adjusted the repairs as things came up to keep the costs down. First time seeing these guys and will most certainly be back!
