Good customer experience, super easy to book in for a service at short notice.

Toyota quality is definitely not what it used to be - we had an Avensis and a Corolla in the past – now we got a Blade (Camry engine) with low kms for our girls. Decided based on reputation for quality and safety rating. We bought the car from another dealer, but it is currently being serviced is at Toyota R&B. The car is a lemon – it stalls from time to time while driving, not what you want for your kids to learn driving !! Apparently there is a recall in the US and a law suite related to a fuel pump issue with similar symptoms (google “toyota fuelpump recall”). Toyota NZ has now admitted that this car is covered by the recall (even though it is not included in the current recall list – so they certainly try to minimise what they have to do, I had to do my own research to identify the engine as a Camry engine) but it is unclear when this is being rolled out. Which is odd, as this is a safety issue and in other countries the recall has started, so they know what parts are needed. People at the local dealership try to be helpful though, I have to give them some credit for this.

Went to test drive a Corolla today and was met by Denise who was very welcoming and a great help. Thanks alot Denise. Keep up the great work.

10/10 Great service, Ute was picked up from home by Lucas who was very friendly and noted down issues to be looked into. Good communication around delivery times and attention to detail around WOF expiry from Taylor , so Overall very pleased with the service.Admin staff need to be more knowledgeable about the service inclusions and fee.
