Great service from the guy I dealt with, can't remember his name which sucks.

My partner was in your Palmerston North store this morning with a query about his ear phones for his new cellphone. The girl he spoke to was not very helpful. Because the phone had been purchased at another store she said she couldn’t help him. We understand this if he had needed a replacement, but it was only the earphones that were not working. and she then insulted him by asking “have you put them in your ears!!!! ” We will NOT return to this store. Very disappointed!! We then travelled to the Paraparaumu store and they were awesome!!

The service we had received by firstly Rob and then Manjeet was amazing! Super helpful with buying my mum a new phone and fixing up a cheaper family plan. Helped with the phone transfer and phone screen protector and really friendly with great conversation. Thank you made our day great :)

waited for over half an hr for some service only to be told by some clown more interested in his watch that he couldnt help. this on top of the useless clowns at their call centre who told us we had to go to a shop. all time I wont get back, waiting for the most apalling service ive struck anywhere hello spark!! only one star because it wont post with no stars

SERVICE, NOT THE STORE. Vodafone is probably the most disorganized and disfunction company I've ever dealt with. No communication, false promises, operators who don't speak English?!? It boggles my mind how they retain customers?!

Skyla signed me up and traded in my old phone for me.Although she was quite new new there her workmate supported her and made for an easy experience.Highly recommend skyla and all the staff .

Stopped in after work to purchase wifi for myself and had a really awesome conversation with a man (didn’t get his name unfortunately) We talked for a good 30-40 minutes and I really enjoyed it. Didn’t feel like a customer I felt like a friend and I appreciate it.

Rather difficult outfit to deal with. Tried to get some life out of the place the other day only to encounter an atmosphere akin to a haunted house or empty train. Two salespeople staring motionless into their computers - I thought for a while they must have been statues because after about 10 minutes I left and on returning 50 minutes later I swear they hadn't moved - with the same customers at their respective desks, ahead of the lengthy queue. In each case the question begged as to what exactly could take nearly an hour; perhaps 'One' has a side-hustle preparing annual accounts on a while-you-wait basis?Anyway after giving up that day I returned on a more recent occasion - this time no queues but a bolshy rep with all the non-verbal nuances to match the condescending tone of voice. Yeah nah. Won't be signing my phones up with 'One'.
