Really helpful staff, well laid out store. Easy to find things and staff were really attentive and friendly anyways. Very helpful with understanding products and personable too. Had some lovely chats with a shop assistant (I believe her name was Cathy) she was really kind. Definitely will be back. Thanks Cathy !

A pleasure to deal with, helpful & prompt service. I ordered 2 products, they didn't have one of them in stock so someone from the cosmetic store called me the same day to let me know and offer me a full refund which appeared on my bank statement within 24 hours. The price of the product I bought was quite reasonable. Standard shipping was free but I chose to pay $2 more for tracking and my package arrived within one week. My first impressions are that they are well priced, efficient and trustworthy.

lovely store with a wide range of asian skincare and makeup products. i found everything and more than i needed, products i wasn't able to get back home in germany. the two ladies working there were helpful and friendly, too. glad i found this store :)

Absolutely can confirm the racism by the staff. I went in excited to browse around only to be followed and stared at by one of the women working at the store. Felt extremely harassed and uncomfortable. Don’t respond to bad reviews apologizing for the racism. Tell your staff to stop being racist and do better.

Very cute interior design, staff are friendly, some things are quite expensive which is normal for imported goods but there are also affordable items. Remember to bring your Uni club cards because they do offer discounts!

I like this place because it has a big range of Korean cosmetic products at affordable prices. There is one particular staff member who I remember to be extremely friendly. She brought me a basket when I was holding more than one item on my hand and also offered me a cleansing wipe when I tested the products on my hand - thank you for such a great service!

Four stars for range of products. One star for lady staff there in black Nike jacket who was uncomfortably close to me while I was browsing products today. Although the store started to fill with more customers, she never stopped following me in each shelf as I walked thru, arms crossed by the way and not a word of friendly offer for help. I noticed the theft photos, and I understand you gotta keep an eye but this is not the right approach, and you locked on the wrong person lady. I spend a good amount of money on korean/beauty products so there’s the irony. Couldv bought much more than what I went there for. First time to visit the store today and probably never again.Edit for the response below:Hello,I appreciate the response but there’s a distinct line between observing a customer and STALKING one. She wasnt in any way discreet, and clearly followed me as i browsed the 4(3?) aisles on that one side of the shop. There were other people entering the store but instead of approaching them to offer help or even greet them, she remained close to my line of peripheral sight. Just silently standing there, arms crossed. The targetting is rude and feels discriminating. I have never experienced this visiting Sephora, Mecca, Farmers or Hicoko. Like a criminal being watched. The excitement turned into a very sour experience. Also this feedback is directed to that one lady— I hope she gets corrected, the other lady manning the till was wonderful.

Very fast shipping from online store and the physical store is really nice and the staff are really helpful.

First time I went to the store in Victoria Street and the 2 lovely ladies were super friendly and very accommodating. She really made purchase the Laneige Matte Cushion as when I tested it on my arm if colour suits me then I went back to the office, I actually like how it settles on my skin. Now I purchased it online. I will be a regular happy customer as I love Korean Products so much. Lucky to have found this store. Will post photos once I received my orders.
