Food is amazing,tasty and quality. They work hard to serve our menu on table and sooo quick.Staff is lovely and friendly.Please read my advice as a constructive criticism, as I personally found that coffee is too strong, bitter and no taste. When it combines with food, I feel ... I don't know how to describe.. but not that great.Hot chocolate is too sweet for me as well. I am not sure if they can find 100% chocolate powder and add sugar bag on a side of a cup.I highly recommend this place for brunch menu and pastries.❤️❤️

The Grandview Cafe
Loved my visit to this Cafe. I've always stopped in at the Maeroa Cafe but this one was closer and we were starving. It was warm and cozy which was great because it was pouring down outside. My coffee was perfect and the meal was delicious! My son had the pancakes and he devoured it, which is rare for a picky eater. Lovely staff with great service. Will be back again.

Food was nice but my beef and bacon pie turned out to be steak and cheese and I do not like cheese in my pies. Mentioned to staff who said they must check with their supplier, no apology or any consideration for a customer. Place also fairly warm, no aircon or fan. Also a bit pricey

Did you change the owner or what happened? I went there 4 weeks ago on a weekday, it was top notched!Today, i come back with friends on the weekend, different staff and every single item was terrible.Museli had no yogurt, smoked salmon was pan-fried, brekkie overcooked, flat white was sour.Will only come back if the owner updates on which day quality food would be provided.

Great Cafe love the service just 2 working their they know their job We just have to stop on our way home to have a lovely burger chips egg on toast chicken nuggets and chips yum yum so nice and hot chocolate

Good range of fresh food, super delicious with great customer service. They did forget our order however I believe they tried their best as it was quite busy and we ordered alot. I would try this place again, the gourmet hot drinks are awesome.

My daughter and I enjoyed some beautiful Nutella Pancakes with oreo, banana and strawberry. Shared with a hot fluffy at sugarbowl Grandview.Beautiful presentation, and friendly staff ❤️Small venue so wouldn't suit a group above 10 as limited seating available.Cabinet food, highchairs and bathroom on-site.

Went to this Cafe with my mum for my birthday today, I absolutely love it.Food is amazingly great, my son & I would greatly recommend this Cafe. It's a must try. Love the food & the service was also amazing.I am definitely returning ☺️ ☺️

Ordered an iced mocha, was really nice. However as I was finishing up my drink I did notice a hair in my drink, was stuck to the inside of the cup. Fished it out and placed on top of the straw and left.
