The Karen at the counter was rude and doesn’t know package measurements for parcel. Turned me away for a parcel size I have sent many times before and said that i have to call the courier to pick it up. Poor service needs better training at how to recognise a parcel that is under 0.025m3.

I went in on Saturday at 6:53pm and was shocked to find the shop was closed. I checked the website before leaving and it said it closed at 7pm, and when I arrived outside the door it had the same notice that they closed at 7pm. There was no explanation or any other notices as to why the shop was closed during it's OPENING hours, and I left the shop very frustrated and disappointed. Poor service from Paper Plus Highland Park, do not recommend going there.

Went here to replace a lost AT Hop card and had an issue with the activation. The employees here went above and beyond to ensure we had a working card in time to catch our bus home. Cant say enough about the kindness we were shown.
