Really disappointed with your service today. After receiving the booking confirmation (booked an appt for my mum, with her female name) she went in today and was refused service based on her gender! she was wanting her head shaved and nowhere on their Facebook site did it say they only serve men! There was also a photo of a woman who had a design in her hair on their page!
