By far the best service I have ever received from Melanie Staples at Archibalds Christchurch recently. Soon after moving to Christchurch I needed a service, from start to finish I could not fault the service I received, better than any car dealer in UK or NZ I have dealt with.

Terrible experience with Archibalds Landrover, the rudest female ever I have experienced when booking my defender to be serviced in this dealership! She asked me how many vehicles I had purchased from this business before she would decide whether she would offer me a loan car.........and then decided she didn't have a loan car available for 10 days. As a customer it is noticeable that many of the skilled original staff employed by the ex Fairhall Ownership have resigned and are still resigning. This new Archibalds ownership noticeably operates a Revolving Door staff wise with new replacement staff with zero manners plus proven less skills You have turned this dealership of luxury brands in to a volume Toyota dealership business model.

Very honest and straightforward to work with, very happy with their follow up. They do what they say. Very refreshing.

What an amazing experience having my Discovery serviced by Archibalds. After having some TERRIBLE experiences overseas with Landrover dealers it took me a lot of time to talk myself into going back to a dealer for servicing and man am I glad I did. Archibalds customer service and mechanical service is absolutely top class. From the first phone call to book the service, to dropping off to picking up, all the way through, the friendliness, professionalism and communication was exceptional. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. I'll be using them going forward for anything related to my Landrover. Thanks Archibalds.
