Complete rip-off. They quoted me $8,964 for hearing aids, I could get the exact same aids from a competitor for $5,975 (both prices include the MOH subsidy). Moreover, I could get an equivalent aid from this competitor for $3575 (that's 60% less)!Bay Audiology say they are NZ's largest independent hearing care service provider." Market economics says that larger providers have more purchasing power and therefore lower costs
