I was lucky to sample the new Christmas Gin today. It is an absolutely perfect drink for a southern hemisphere Christmas, capturing the traditional flavours of the festive season in a fresh, modern interpretation, full of bright citrus, fresh botanicals mingled with spices. Another excellent spirit to add to their range.

The founders and distillers, Jenny and Sue, are available to talk and walk you through their process and distillery. Try the product; you won’t be disappointed. You can purchase bottles onsite to take home and gift to others.A true Dunedin gem with a powerful sustainability message

This place is PHENOMENAL! The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. Every part of their business is sustainable and well thought out. Plus the cacao vodka was like nothing I’ve ever tasted! I can’t recommend enough.
