Excellent technical support and customer service from Charlotte @ Vodafone Dunedin. She has up-to-date technical knowledge, and successfully got my iPhone to work after a glitch with the last iOS up-date :-)

Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful if their lives depended on it, my sons father spent over 2 hours probably Closer to 3 with the store manager working out how to do what he wanted, after both our after pay accounts played up and so did my laybuy one they helped him add over half the value of the phone he wanted to his bill on interest free and allowing him to continue with the plan he had in place with the discount he received for internet and phone intact. Would recommend to anyone
