This is my second time there and on both accounts the staff are very friendly. I was served by a lovely young girl on Friday night around 5.45 and she was very polite to everyone that approached the counter. It was busy at this time and she kept her cool the whole time. Congratulations owners looks like you have a great team working for you.

The worst burger ive ever had. Honestly the bun was so dry the meat pattie tasted like it had been in the freezer for such a long tine. No salad bar a slice of lettuce maybe half a tspn of mayo n that was it. Also got a steak burger $7.70 that had maybe 4 very small slices of meat slither of lettuce n that was it. Daylight robbery!!So disappointed. Wont be going back there

Pretty good experience overall. The range of items is superb. And the pricing is very reasonable.The chips aren't the best, in my opinion, but they're still rather yummy. And the fish, I get crumbed hoki and its beautiful!The man said the GIANT HOTDOG was absolutely bloody incredible :) we will definitely go back there again. The staff are super friendly and nice to deal with. All pretty good really!

Sometimes great, sometimes, meh. Certainly great chips when the oil has been changed, and I do love their fish bites. Their fish is both pricey and a lottery, as are their burgers.

Quite possibly the most appalling fish I’ve ever tasted in NZ, undercooked batter and the fish had an unclean taste, the chips felt like there’s been recooked several times. Like to give zero rating but not able to.

Fantastic battered blue cod and chips. We were worried about the recent reviews about scoop size and greasiness, but had none of those issues. We are impressed. Super tasty. Also had donuts which were the best fish and chip shop donuts we've ever had
