We have had nothing but trouble with these ladder kits. We can’t see the no stars, but wish that we could. First package turned up, all timber was damaged as packed in one layer of bubble wrap. Company would not send replacements until we sent damaged timber back. Ladder kits turned up again with the angles cut wrong on the treads. Then replacements months later, would not send out correct ones until we sent back the first ones, again making us wait, and would not start to cut replacements until they received the goods back, even when given multiple photographs. We then had to cut new treads to fit ladders into the ladder uprights. Not enough treads we’re sent, we were then made order more at our own cost. Putting together the ladders, now missing a top turned piece of timber, which has never arrived once in any shipment.
