Good service

my fridge/freezer malfunctioned (freezer compartment). i was assured the technician was highly trained; but (since i live outside ashburton) i had to prepay $ 149.00. that would include the initial visit and a second one to replace parts (latter obviously at my expense). i did.technician arrived, checked the fridge/freezer and told me, after 5 minutes) it had it and should be replaced (5 years old appliance!). said to me to leave it on" so i could get a few more weeks out of the fridge part.after a day or three i noticed the freezer was working (!!). so i contacted the importer - very helpful and the suggestion was a malfunction of the auto-defrost switch.to date

Had one of electraserves employees come out to look at a dishwasher , the dishwasher was fried , employee was at the house 8 minutes , and it somehow added up to 79.85 , the lady at the counter was even worse making smug comments asking if we wanted to dispute it , very unprofessional buisness really disappointed, plus they never left a invoice and charged it to the farm owners account even though discussed prior , will never use this buisness again , disgrace
