Ritchies Red Bus
Used the 28 service on Monday morning to get to Ferrymead Heritage Park. The driver was unsure where I needed to get off - perhaps I didn't explain it very well. However, when I did get off at Truscotts Road by the railway bridge for Ferrymead he got off too, to check I knew where I was going.I thought that was good of him.Please pass on my thanks.Tony Ford

My daughter left her wallet on the bus today. Some amazing person handed it over to the bus driver - we had a notification via text by midday that it had been handed in and was ready for collection. Efficient and friendly staff at the depot had it ready for pickup. Great work Ritchies Team!

Red Bus's service is wonderful, with their drivers highly trained and are very friendly. They've got great comfort in their modern buses, and is a great company in general.
