Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We had to wait 30 minutes for our meal to only find out they forgot to make it and claimed it had already been made and sent out. They then kicked up a fuss about refunding the money. Won’t be going back!

Went to use my 2500 points on a coffee pressed the coupon thing and it says you have 15 mins to clear it then show it to be told they don't do mcCafe there I asked if they do standard coffee as seen a coffee pot with espresso in it and told that doesn't count.....now considering the price between the two I'm pretty disappointed.. walked from Richmond witg bad back as just wanted a coffee.. glad I didn't buy anything like I'd considered.. maybe Shirley needs a full maccas and can the small mall ones cos their all pretty rude too.. the young boy who served me wasn't really customer service material.... Snarling away. His attitude when I was simply asking was abrupt..

Don’t have 2 open register signs on the counter and 1 person who keeps their back to the customer, ignoring a growing queue, just fluffing about doing nothing, going from the fryer to the counter, turning around and then repeating. This was just after you opened so you can’t be checking on an order. Left without ordering after watching the child at the counter allow someone to push past the person Infront of me Who was the person at the front of the queue,. Ordering process consisted of no greeting just standing there like a lump of coal . Yeah not the best

Visited there as a wedding venue, what a wonderful place for any function, secure courtyard area with pizza oven & access onto this area for a bar, great toilet facilities & cleaning facilities & products, + storage, the kitchen is impressive with lots of dishes & assorted glassware & the hall it'self is truly impressive also good parking & well maintained gardens.I was prepared to be unimpressed, but failed miserably.

Generally always really quick service but the more enjoyable piece is the super friendly funny team, even when there a delay can't get angry as they so friendly

This is currently my favorite maccas, had 5 good experiences lately (2023) young crew but do a fantastic job, they get the orders just with the edits n add ons, fries r always good, hot crispy right amount of salt. Really happy
