Leo was amazing! Explained how to use the system clearly and throughly as well as show the used filters from the unit (great to see the unit doing it's job) and replacement filters. Great rep to have on the road HRV! If Leo is your guy, you're in good hands.

We had a tech come up to service our HRV filter system this week. I can't say enough about him: courteous, clean, polite, got down to business as soon as his protective gear was on and then cleaned the outlets which we have never had done before. Great!

HRV called me every 2 years to remind me for Filter change. Technician, Pranit was on time for the visit. He updated me throughout the process of his work. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended

Calvin is dedicated for what he is doing and super attention to detail. He thoroughly checked everything and even offered valuable advice on maintaining the system. We love our HRV system. They have been great to work with from installation a couple of years ago, to our recent service and filter change. Communication has been really good, and the installation and service staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. I've heard some people complain about the costs, but we've found HRV to be competitively priced. We now have a clean, dry, comfortable house in all seasons - one of the best investments we've made in our home.

Had two HRV systems serviced in both our homes. The serviceman arrived on time, was very professional and explained the service process. The availability of EFTPOS to pay on the day was very helpful. Highly recommend HRV staff, both on the phones and who carry out the servicing.

Had my HRV for 3 years, never been serviced. I was told someone would come, they did but he couldn't service my HRV. He told me someone would contact me to arrange someone else, I had Noone contact me. When I bought my HRV I was convinced to buy a panel heater that would be installed in a small room under my house, this was not installed this was just dropped off to me at work. Broken promises I'd suggest you do your research before following through with HRV, there surely has to be some better options. The sales rep was very pushy as well and promised things that couldn't even happen like placements of the HRV that they couldn't do.
