Very useless, I had my appointment with Kristal, she was very friendly and easy to chat with. However, did not give me any real advice, the most advice I got, was to add LSA to my smoothies. I did not received any plan or report from her. Total waste of money.

Hey Angela and the team I'm so grateful for the encouragement, support and guidance provided by my dietitian to help me reach my goals.
