I've been going to this pharmacy for years - it's one of the few that I've found to put customer needs before product sales! The pharmacist knows his stuff and genuinely cares - there have been a number of times he's gone above and beyond for me and my family.

The staff here are lovely!!I bought something from their website, not realising that it was click and collect and i'm 8 hours away. Completely my fault, but the staff were so helpful and even said that they would courier it out to me!Exemplary kiwi business :)

I took a passport photo here, they emailed me said “Your photo has passed all the tests required to meet the standards of your passport/visa photo.” Then my photo still has been denied by the embassy.

Daniel arrived in the Pharmacy at an extremely busy time when the Pharmacist was struggling to cope with a number of prescriptions. She had to keep her focus on this task. I am an experienced Senior Pharmacy Assistant and tried to help Daniel with his enquiry. I am sorry he did not have the opportunity to talk with the Pharmacist but I feel my suggestion that he should seek Doctors advice was valid and the right thing to do in the circumstances.

Old guy there has an attitude problem and is literally no help whatsoever. I came in asking for a skincare product with salicylic acid and only knew the chemical name of it. Now usually you'd expect a suggestion of products that contain that chemical, but no, this guy has the deductive ability of a rock, so he failed to provide suggestions of products which contain said chemical - he just kept saying 'that's a powder'. Like if someone came in there asking for Magnesium you would expect them to say Magnesium supplements?" not Magnesium the raw chemical compound bahaha. Honestly he shouldn't be working in customer service."

I got passport photos taken for my 5 week old baby and the wonderful ladies made it so easy. I was so impressed with how quickly we got the photos. Would recommend to anyone needing photos of their baby.

As said above - agree old man pharmacist unbelievably rude. My wife rang in advance to arrange a domestic airline pre flight Covid test for my (12 yr old) daughter and wife.Explained she was severely vaccine injured on ph and am unable to wear a mask due to the diagnosed severe heart injury. Showed him the mask exemption as well on arrival.He announced to all staff and customers in store that they needed to stay away from us and demanded we did the Covid test outside the store in full view of shoppers walking by as he hid behind his door as he was afraid we had Covid.See photo evidence of this.Due to his behaviour I was worried he would interfere w our tests so stayed on-site to wait for results and he told every customer to leave and served them outside telling them we were highly contagious and it was too much of a risk to enter the store.We left with our Covid Free results appalled at his behaviour particularly to 2 young children (my 7 year old was there) encouraging all customers to discriminate against us.Recommend avoiding the terrible customer service here.

With my office close by, this pharmacy has been a ‘go to’ for me for a number of years. Obviously, it has it's busy times because it’s located in a mall with lots of passers-by but the pharmacists and staff always take the time to make sure you understand the best way to use the product you’re buying or the prescription you’re collecting. You leave feeling they care.

For these times, this little safe haven of health and great service is a welcome relief. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff with reassuring advice. Thanks to the team for helping me sort out my concerns and scripts.
