I can't speak highly enough of Jono for helping me with my Wilfa coffee filter machine. The machine simply stopped working, and the retailer and NZ wholesaler were not at all helpful! But Jono pushed for them to repair under warranty, and spent time following through on my behalf. My machine is now back, and working perfectly! Thanks Jono - will be recommending you to everyone, and will come to you when its time for an upgrade!
