Polished! Nail and Beauty Bar

I specifically said these nails were for my wedding the next day. The first colours they did came out gold and super sparkly and not what I had asked for at all or like the pictures I had provided. They redid the gels with another nude colour. I was happy with the colour this time however they put that many layers of gel on, I was left with these awful thick bubble nails (I didn't have time to get them fixed again). I managed to pick them off with no trouble at all 2 days later. Unfriendly staff member. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Absolute waste of $50.

I had a deluxe manicure today, very painful experience, my cuticle was cut and did not stop bleeding for most of the day. I should have refused to pay, but to be honest I thought she would offer a reduction. I will not be going again. Have covered it with antiseptic and a plaster to prevent an infection!

I paid for a deluxe pedicure and was unfortunately left underwhelmed. While the staff are lovely and accommodating, the pedicure service was less than ideal. I specifically purchased the deluxe for the heel buff - as I have very dry and cracked heels - but the heel was the only part of the foot they did not touch. So I essentially paid $60 for an overpriced nail polish - which itself was also not well executed (paint isn’t evenly applied across the nail) - as my 45 minute appointment was broken down to; 5 minutes setting up (they were either running late or hadn’t prepared for my appointment), 10 minute soak, 5 minute massage, 10 minute cuticle tidy and polish, 15 minute drying time. Really disappointed as I have been for manis before and was really happy. I had to go straight to the warehouse afterwards to buy a Scholl roller to tidy my feet up myself :(

Went in for an sns removal and reapply. Studio was clean, staff were friendly and my nails look nice. I was, however, shocked to see the price on the eftos as $85! The woman said it was because I got ombre but I wasn't told at the time it would be extra. I was expecting the $65 the website says for the service, not $20 more for something simple being added. Not a great way to end a nice experience.

A BIG disappointment! Me and my mother got Deluxe pedicure which less than basic, everything was quite superficial( they didn't even remove dead skin cells properly)We didn't like the job at all and we will never go back again n I rather do it on my own.I do not recommend to anyone who are looking for luxurious Pedicare.

Just love this place. Take her a pintrest idea and they will happily create it. Lovely ladiesConsistently professional services. Love the “ gel builder in a bottle” lasts 3 weeks plus and strong nails that don’t damage your own nails. Highly recommend
