Unfortunately an elderly friend was charged $120 for a full groom but her dogs paws, face and underside were all left matted and scraggly. Tried phoning JDW to discuss and no business name left on answer phone, so didn't leave a message. Elderly dog owner went out to see how the groom was going and offered the groomer a glass of water and was completely ignored. Bad experience all round.
