Not a friendly store. Sold me a digital multimeter that had a bent stand that wouldn't clip in. I returned it in an hour and they tried pushing me into another model as they couldn't replace with same model. The salesman questioned that I had right to return for refund implying that the issue doesn't qualify as a faulty product. Buy with care from this store.

The staff are friendly but are terrible at providing updates if you are waiting on an item on order. I contacted them numerous times (lost count) over a 6-month period regarding a battery that I ordered online after their website started it was in stock; sadly, it was not. Not once did they contact me to give me an update on what was going on; I was always chasing them up. I ended up getting a battery only when I asked them to change my order to a different model. Would only recommend using this store if what you want is already stock.

I bought whole kit security cameras here 1 and half years ago.The salesman told me I have $70 voucher for my next purchase. AND he did not told me the voucher will be expired in 6 months!!!I lost $70 voucher because of him.Very unhappy about it. You should told me that at very beginning.

Had an issue that was taking a while to resolve at another Jaycar store. It ended up with Peter and as soon as he was aware there was an issue he resolved it immediately. Talking to the right People helps, and Peter is the right person.Thanks again Peter

The young guy who served me was a pure asset to Jaycar. He gave me sound advice. I brought two items he suggested both worked perfectly and made me confident to return to buy more stuff. Just a real pleasure when you are dealing with good staff. Highly recommended.

This is a great shop for hobbyists who like to make electrical projects. The only problem is not enough staff to ask. They usually get stuck with a customer who have a lot of of questions.
