Priced right on point. Good sized parking, exhalent customer service. Not so good on returns. Even though you just walked out the first door. Full could be better on deals.

Typically the cheapest petrol in Hamilton when you spend in-store and get a further 6c per litre off. Self checkout is always well staffed for alcohol purchase approvals / over rides. Good deli selection. Specials always seem to be well stocked. Loads of parking.

Extremely poor customer service, made to feel like a thief for giving my son a banana when I’ve been told before it’s ok and they wouldn’t let my just turned 2 year old hold a bag of burger rings after scanning them because I had to pay for them first!!!! (I did give them to my son after I had to say he just wanted to hold them) What’s worse is this came from the check out manger!!! People walk out with trolley loads of unpaid food and I’m at check out with my wallet open and get treated like this. Never returning!!!

The bakery section shut at 6pm, hours before the rest of the store shut. So there was a cabinet full of birthday cakes, but they couldn't sell me one. Very disappointing.The rest of the store is great. Big, spacious, modern, clean, with a good range of goods in stock and various amenities.Plenty of parking outside and nicely located on Te Rapa Road.
