Since over a week now two companies are claiming that their are our provider? It appears that most of the employees have left the original company (Taylor Communication)? Since that time we're getting emails from both companies, Taylor Communication/Wasp and the newly formed Gecko". Since their internal dispute systems like Vodafone's Sure Signal are not working anymore leaving many customers without cellphone coverage in their homes/offices. Very disruptive and costly to our business too. Currently a messy situation to say the least with uncertainty for customers and no end in sight."

Hi, have been connected for a year now. So wanted to say thanks to the team.Once I knew what I needed to have installed on the remote coast, it was no issuesfor Taylors to come out and check area. 2nd visit everything installed and an explanation on how it worked. Have not required any further visit.Only once in the whole year has their been a satellite malfunction, I contacted the fault line which provided clear information and estimated reconnection timePhone wise,very limited spark mobile in area and nothing else.Able to connect Vodaphone sure signal to taylor installation, so have a good Vodaphone signal for at least 30 metres around the house.So thanks team. Started out promising, then stopped responding when we wanted to get the service. After numerous emails and calls went nowhere we just gave up. Terrible business model! Months later we went with AONET who are great so far

Absolutely useless!My internet has been unusably slow for months and non-existent for the last month.I have rung up 5 times now to get a technician to look at it and nothing has been done.

Really quite pissed off. Called months ago to be told yes I can have a connection and someone will be in contact next day... nothing and no answer of their phones. Tried again a month later... got yes you can get a connection I will send forms" so I got the forms via email and I didn't understand it 1 bit! And I didn't even know how I was supposed to fill it out. So I emailed and asked for help and never got a reply. Half the farm staff out here are with them and I am the only one who has had an issue but for a house that has previously had a connection with them before you would think it would be relatively simple. I feel like because we live 40 minutes out of town that they simply cannot be bothered checking the connection. Service is disgusting."
