I have been waiting for a phone call about 4 times now to do with Security Cameras from lasers Electrical they have not bother to ring me,I’ve left msgs on there answer phone also told there Recepionists for the Manager to ring me,they say they fix Security Cameras I find that is not correct,when there’s an electrical problem they are good at responding to that,but for Security Cameras they avoid my calls very poor service on that side

Had a fantastic experience with laser electrical. Came out, gave us a quote and he squeezed us in the next day! Very reasonable price considering we had got another quote from NES that was 4 times the price as Laser. Highly recommend , wouldn’t go anywhere else.

When I phoned the staff were very thorough in ascertaining the exact nature of the fault and promptly sent the electrician who checked the ceiling light and traced the fault to the wall switch which he then replaced. Very reliable and professional staff. Thanks

Absolutely not recommend! We thought our hot water cylinder was broken when we moved back to our house but it turned out we didn't turned on the switch outside. They just help to turn on the switch and asked me $116 ($75 per hour)! ! Why not to rob? He was in our house just for 10 mins. When I sent an email to ask why the bill is so expensive they told me it's because I asked the electrician how much to change a hot towel rack in the bathroom and he went to the Mitre 10 to check the price for me??? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had, we didn't ask anyone to check the price for us and why do you think we can't check ourselves online? And the most important thing is we didn't receive any quote even we paid money for it. Business shouldn't do like this, you can make money but this is way to far I have to pay $116 to just to turn on a switch. I think if I asked a different company or a plumber they won't even charge anything. So disappointed on this company!

Dave was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with the fridge/freezer. Not able to be repaired.

Needed my washing machine fixed as soon as possible. Although we didn't fix it, the team helped me in every way they could by squeezing me in their busy schedule and giving me advice for future reference. I felt important to them and they listened to what i needed. Highly recommend!!

Had my vacuum cleaner for almost two years, lost my phone no. Then said they were waiting for a part to arrive, then eventually tell me they can not fix it. They never rang me once . I did all the ringing to fine out how they were getting on. Absolutely shocking service .
