The staff are great, however the product isn't, vapes are useless and faulty and when you return them they do not refund the whole amount even within 7days had faults on day 1 was advised to come back next week and only received a part refund as the pods are not covered ummm the whole this was faulty, just go to Cosmic next door

I bought a vape here 5 months ago. They’re not stocking the replacement coils for it any more. And they still have the vapes on display! Staff are disinterested to the point of rudeness.

If you want to compete with the new shop next door I would suggest hiring staff with actual customer service skills and retail experience.. sluggishly walking over, yawning, no greeting and watching a YouTube video on your phone while serving a customer isn't it. Yes I'm talking about you, tall guy with dark hair and white converse.. only giving two stars cause the usual people on are really great and helpful

The two gentlemen who were working yesterday - 27th July (no sure if it was Matt or James ) and the other lovely man were really helpful. They answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. Because of them I will be spending a great deal of money at shosha. I hope that management recognise what a great asset that team are.
