I called in this morning for some advice and a quote on a dent in my car. I felt so reassured by their extremely patient, humble and seemingly non judgemental approach as Sean gently answered all my questions and went on to carefully explain all I needed to know. Upon his advice I realised it would be an insurance job and the insurance company has since advised of a company closer to home but I was really impressed by their service and would highly recommend them.

They did a good quality job, at the quoted price, in a quicker time then they said they would. Provided a loan car too. I'd take my car back here again for repairs.

We had a car accident in Napier and needed to leave the car at panelbeaters as the it wasn't in a condition to drive and this was the only place that was opened in the late afternoon. The team was happy for us to leave the car in the garage and said they will assess the damage condition and give us a call back in a couple of days. We had to fly back to Auckland the same evening and in the morning I get a call from Shaun saying that we have to pick up the car asap as he doesn't want it here and the car is taking the space in the garage. We were frustrated because day earlier Shaun's team was happy with everything and physically we couldn't pick up the car up as we live in Auckland. However, Shaun did not care and asked to immediately move it or he will park the car outside the garage and if the City Council tows it away it will be not my responsibility". When we brought the car to this garage we were told that everything is alright and the car can stay
