McArthur & Symons have been wonderful to deal with - for all the many years we've used them. All their staff are immensely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. Their electrical expertise and work is top quality and very reasonably priced. What's more, the company has showed extraordinary integrity in regard to some unnecessary call-outs made by one of our family members with cognitive impairment. My hot water cylinder's thermostat blew, three days before the Christmas holidays. Iain from McArthur & Symons found a replacement, fitted it and left a nice note, without a blink and in <24 hours. No longer the great unwashed! Thank you McA&S!

Excellent work. Great communication, helpful super knowledgable staff - from quote to the team on the job to the admin staff.Also really appreciated their enthusiasm for helping the wider community through participating in the Repair Cafe at the landfill, and always doing their best to repair rather than the usual line of 'just get a new one'.
