Waited over 25mins for 2 classic banana half tanks. Not impressed. First time I've ever waited over 5mins and I'm usually ordering 4 drinks!

Went today to get me and my son a tank, took forever although it wasn't busy and two workers were standing around. Then my son accidentally somehow dropped his rank right in front of shop and they ignored me when I asked if there was anything to clean it up I waited and waited and tried to clean up with services the worked didn't even acknowledge me nor offer to make a new one or anything I handed her my 1/4 empty tank and she still said nothing. The service was shocking today

Waited in front of the lady for five minutes before she even looked up. Wasn’t busy only one order she had to make. My pre order was already made and sat there while she showed how professional she was at not looking up from her bowl. Waste of time with this place, has happened many times but never as rude as this one

You guys should close. Went here 3 times one there were no eggs, second no chicken third no SALAD. What’s the use of a Tank restaurant that has NO SALAD??? Honestly… plus there is always one or two people only working here, it takes ages to order anything. Just close your business already!

I went in today to order a smoothie and the guy put this sticker even though there was no customer. He was doing his own cleaning when there was almost 2 hours to close the store. He wrote 10 minutes and closed the store for 20 minutes. Upon checking he said he will take another 8 minutes to take order because he is busy but there was not even 1 customer on the store. Everyone was going because he refused to take order.

Waited over 5 minutes to be served, then took over 10 minutes to make my order, wasn’t overly busy or anything. Tank always has terrible service though so don’t know what I expected

I got a vegan satay chicken wrap at Lynn mall last night and was very disappointed! There was this grey sludgy stuff that must have been a dressing, and they completely forgot to put the chicken in! There wasnt even any satay sauce. I specifically asked for vegan chicken and the girl who gave me my order said vegan chicken wrap. Ive been a lover of your smoothies for years but this experience may stop me wanting to go back. When you're paying 16 dollars for something, you'd expect it to be all there.
