My partner and i went in to fix the charger ports on his two phones, was quoted two hours we came back a little early and everything was done perfectly , great service , quick and efficient, will be coming back!! Great pricing

What a fantastic service provided by Mr manpreet. i had a my iphone screen damaged tried some of the local shops they were given me quote approx same was bit expensive. Then i came to this shop randomly and got a real deal and superb work from Manpreet. Thank you mate for the awesome work. cheers

Will do anything in their power to not let you make a valid return. There is no reason to have a 30 minute phone conversation in another language while still managing to be rude to the customer.Thanks for returning my money

The services they offer are extremely over priced. I was asked to pay $140 for a job that would only take 15 mins and cost less than $10 in parts. I just bought the parts online and did it myself instead.

So basically me and my dad went to go buy a new phone case and this dude just had to change the price by just looking at our face it was his idea to call the security but he couldn't bother he came along tried touching me and I said are u related to me are u my parent are u my Caregiver" his response was no. So we're actually Muslims and he's goes stop Tring to bomb up our planet ur making it look worse and I'm like go back to ur country and that's where he kept shut and where my family just left"

Worst service ever! I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix, 12 weeks later multiple phone calls and store visits laptop was finally returned still broken, and missing parts of the screen faceplate and screws. Super difficult to deal with the whole way through, no communication or follow up after about 8 weeks of trying to figure out what was happening.

BEWARE Of TECHPOINT!!I have just got my phone fixed at the base store (the screen was cracked) and an hour after having it fixed the screen was going black in the corner. I took it back in and they said they will not fix the problem! They would not refund me the money! STAY AWAY from the Te Awa base store!
