This is the second experience we have had with this company . The first was when a house we had flooded . Their expertise and professional service was exceptional . The second was cleaning our carpet was carried out with the same professional service . We couldn't have wished for a better company to deal with .

Even better than expected, we had the house carpet and large L shape couch cleaned a couple of months ago. The couch had stains from years back and I didn't expect it all to clean up, but the guy did an amazing job and the couch looks like new. Pretty good time to dry too. Very Happy.

Have had several fantastic experiences with using Chem-Dry Gold Valley. Easy to book with, with friendly phone and email communication. Received a confirmation call a few days before the appointment. The technician turned up on time and got straight to work. Worked out the actual price to clean the carpets and couch and got me to confirm before starting the process. Fantastic job! Carpet smelling fresh and clean as with the couch - it looks brand new. Highly recommend using this company for all your carpet and upholstery needs.

I would and have recommended Chem Dry Gold Valley to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned! Our cleaner got stuck in traffic but kept calling me to update me how far away they would be.Also did a great job on cleaning the carpets, we had plenty of stains and 99% of them are gone! Everything looks nicer and smells nicer! :)

Brilliant service from the first phone call, right through to job completion.Super friendly team, knowledgeable & left our carpets clean & smelling devine again! We have cats that'd had kittens - who had a few accidents... CHEMDRY Gold Valley sorted our carpets quickly & professionally. The carpets took a few days to dry, however they didn't smell like wet dog while drying which most wool carpets do.The technician was lovely & did a fantastic job. The pricing was slightly higher than other quotes, however you do get what you pay for and we were rapt with how good our carpet came up & the care the technician took to get it looking fabulous! Which in itself was a bit of a challenge given our carpet is 100yr old axeminster!Would definitely use these guys again & highly recommend them!

We live in Te Aroha and have always used this firm. The technicians have always been on time, courteous, friendly and followed all the procedures in the questions in your email.
