Delicious food, more in the high price range, but definately worth it for a special occasion. Atmosphere was great until two rowdy lads sat in the table next to us (tables are quite close together) and weren't aware of how loud their voices were. The Solero cocktail was on point, the Mac and cheese & seared scallops sides a must. Rib eye delicious!

Exceptional private dining experience. The food was absolutely divine from entree to desert. The staff incredibly welcoming and attentive. You really couldn't ask for a better dining experience!

We booked this restaurant for our daughter's birthday and we noted it on the booking, but the restaurant didn't do anything special, don't know why the restaurant would ask such a question when booking.The food is pretty good, my daughter likes it very much, we all like their duck, and the desserts are also very good.

We had dinner at this place in April. Very nice atmosphere and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had 1/2 duck plate and it was out of this world. Really tasty and cooked for perfection. I will visit this place again. Make sure you place a booking first.

We emailed the Queenstown restaurant and were called back by Graeme (Queenstown Venue Manager) who helped us to pay for some wine for our daughter and (now) son-in-law following their wedding in NZ earlier in the day. I can't thank Graeme and the BB team enough for what they did for us and our daughter making their evening so special.Absolutely top-class service across the globe and (from what we have heard) top class food and wine as well.

We wanted a treat for our last night in Queenstown and Botswana Butchery delivered!We weren't dressed fancy but we're welcomed with big smiles from the staff.At the time of booking, we'd specifically asked for a nice table (i.e. not by the front door) and they sure delivered! We LOVED the view across the lake and didn't feel crammed in.The food was super tasty and the scallops were cooked to perfection (i.e. warmed through). The portions were larger than expected (particularly for the sides) so I'd recommend just getting one side each to accompany the main (unless you're reallyyyy hungry).

Botswana is lovely. The location is just amazing. I was told a lot of amazing things about this restaurant. For me it didn’t quite live up to the hype. Our waiter, Francine was super lovely. She provided us with great recommendations and was super attentive. For entree we ordered the oysters and the Peking duck pancakes. The restaurant was more than welcoming to cater for my gluten free requirement which was lovely. I was expecting sliced Peking duck but it was more like shredded chicken. The mains we had the lamb rack and the bolting steak. These were amazing and probably some of the best steak I have had. The sides were okay too. Drink recommendations were lovely.

Extremely busy so book a reservation because the food and experience are worth it. Fantastic menu from entree to main to dessert. And the wine list - a slam dunk. The place feels spacious and not cramped at all. The decor is nice. The staff - friendly and top notch. Had a lovely dinner.
