Hi, I had an excellent experience with Yoga Clinik & Nick in August 2017. The event was a 7-day retreat starting in Auckland and then with several days at the Grand Mercure Puka Park Resort in Pauanui. The exquisite resort accomodation was in spacious timber cabins set in the lush forest with our own private room each. Daily we combined healthy walking along the beach, exercise, healthy eating and incredible coastal sightseeing.Most importantly we enjoyed beneficial discussions on spiritual matters where we shared our personal experiences with established practices. Nick shared his chanting and meditation background which we also took part in. Also, the excellent 3-part documentary film on the famous spiritual healer Bruno Groening is worth watching.
