I absolutely love everything that O Studio has to offer! I always leave feeling like a better version of myself.I had my first float yesterday and left feeling so content and relaxed and will definitely be back for another one very soon!Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful place to escape to!

This was a great experience for two people. $65 for about 1 hour of Sauna and cold plunge. Sauna heats at 65 to 80 degrees, cold bath is 6 degrees. Came out feeling very relaxed like I wanted an immediate nap.

A 10/10 experience, my first time engaging with O-Studio alongside colleagues for our team planning day. I was liaising with Sophie, the general manager and she arranged everything perfectly and the whole team onsite was so kind and manaakitanga provided was also a 10. The amenities are so warming, and the interior is exceptional would highly recommend to others, especially if it is your first time.

I had a wonderful float here. Instead of the pods it’s a bath type set up with stars on the roof to look up at. They also have a very relaxing area for post float where you can enjoy a tea. Great place!

O-Studio is a welcoming, light and empowering space. I adore going to the early morning yoga classes and watching the sunrise. All the teachers bring their own strengths and wisdom to each class. Having the float, recovery space, massage, sauna and ice bath available, makes it a one stop wellness hub. I'm grateful to feel a part of their community.

I went along for a free trial yoga session. The entire experience was faultless including: the premises, facilities, the demeanour of the staff and instructor. Cannot recommend enough!

Had a great experience at O Studio. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean and tidy. Float cabins are very relaxing. Highly recommend O Studio to anyone.

I've only been once so far, but my experience in the sauna and ice bath room was very, very nice. Great staff. Sauna and bath were spotless, I did notice that some of the floor areas were, well, not dirty, just worn and stained from use. Could maybe use a refresh, but the prices are so reasonable that I'm definitely going back for more! (With jandals on...)

Super clean and nice environment! First experience to try ice bath below 6 degrees, that’s amazing! I can feel my body totally different straightway and super relaxed. Highly recommend and will come back soon!
