Needed help to secure a door I brought into the back of my truck but the staff were quick to just say “you’ll be right” and walked away (they had no other customers in the shop) After saying “no I don’t think so as I live in Picton”, one of them stoped & suggested I tilt the door then he left, clearly it needed tying down otherwise it wouldn’t make it up the hill or my very steep driveway.Possibly I struck a bad day…but a little help go’s along way, perhaps some customer service training would benefit?

Communication poor with mistakes made . Front staff cleared it up and were great. Paid for goods on the day but still getting text messages to pay from staff member who did the ordering. Not happy
