Pizza Hut Glenfield Mall is probably the busiest around these parts. Contending with long queues seems to be a permanent thing here. And when you order online, don't expect to get your order ready on time. It gets frustrating. I hope things will improve for the better. Re-open Pizza Hut store on Wairau Road! That is a far better option.

Ordered a delivery meal at approx 1730 with an estimated delivery of 1819 - cool. And hour later still no sign of the delivery. Waited until 1900 (figured they'd be busy cause it was Saturday) but still no delivery. Tried to follow up by calling to be told the driver had just left". 1915 and the order finally arrives

Although they are busy, their pizzas are amazing! Dough is perfectly baked. We found the Limo pizza to be a fantastic deal. We are able to feed a family of 3 adults, 2 teens and a child... And still have left over. All while catering to everyone's tastes. A bonus was to find out they also deliver!!

The employees there can’t even understand English. I ordered one pizza, one chicken bites and one water. For every item I had to explain to him twice! After that he gave me my chicken bites and I had to grab my water in the fridge behind the counter because he forgot it... After that I waited for 30mins and asked them where’s my pizza. He told me I didn’t order one…Truly stupid. The way he’s lying cause he recalled I mentioned one pizza. He could only say “I only charged you 10 dollars.” I mean come on! I didn’t know and care about how much each item costs. Worst experience this year ffs.

Waited an hour for 3 pizzas. I ordered on the phone and they said 15 minute. 10 minutes later I went and they said they hadn't gotten any orders on the phone so I ordered again and waited 45 minutes. I would give 0 stars but it doesn't let you.

Really slow service . Waited for 45min just for large pizza while it was said it goona take 25min. Need more staff .

The pizza is good, however, the staff need to pay attention to hygiene, I observed today that the staff didn’t change his gloves after taking cash from the customer. It is unacceptable seeing staff touching the pizza ingredients right after holding money.

Cheap option, test and service are okI personally Domino’s faster service, you can see where is your order on the screenI was here today, just because the closest Domino is closed.Poor employees they are definitely under too much pressure

Nice little Pizza Hut store located in the Glenfield Mall shopping complex.The access is from both outside and inside the mall.Ample mall parking is available to grab a quick meal and drive away.The staff are nice and well mannered.Food quality is alway good and tasty.Some or the other specials are always going on.Variety of food available is good too.

Glenfield Pizza Hut tonight went above and beyond service after there store in birkenhead screwed up a delivery order and then decided it was to much for them to deal with and hung up on us for advising there error then refused to answer the phone when calling back, glenfield pizza hut acknowledged and corrected the order the manager was super easy and understanding to deal with. Appreciate your service tonight!
