Disgusting!!!Purchased an American cheese" cake as I always do from the cheese cake shops ....but this time through the "Uber" delivery service...I received an old stale cake...obviously had been stored for far too long.....it was off to taste ...and it was also visually obvious this was the case. $70 of stale off cake!!I buy this particular cake on a regular basis as it is a personalfavourite of the family's. Very very disappointed"

I'm sure the staff are usually helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately that's not what I experienced today. Maybe there was just one staff member on. Maybe it was an off day. It certainly affected my decision about buying a cake.

I just bought a strawberry fields slice and a tiramisu quarter cut. The lady who served me was very good and nice. She gave me some tips and a bit of advice of which cake I can have as I am pregnant, I'll be coming back again when I crave for more. I've been a loyal customer of this shop for a long time and would not go anywhere else. Tortes & cheesecakes are amazing. You may have to wait a short time for your order but it’s usually because there are several people choosing or picking up orders. Great friendly staff. Go there. Don't worry about the negative reviews, this place is still the same as always and the products are fantastic.

I went in to the Hamilton Store to buy a Birthday Cake for my 4 year old boy today. I had been rushing and had much still to do before the surprise party for my son.I felt so happy when a team member by the name of Georgina assisted me with such friendly and efficient service! She offered to have the cake personalized with his name and was patient as I chose candles and other decor to match. We also added some cake pops which was a great addition!I loved her welcoming demeanor and efficient customer service.Thank you Georgina for the excellent service and I wish there was plenty more like you when we need it most.Warm regardsColleen E

First time I’ve a bad experience with Cheesecake shop at Ulster street store. I got the cake which is completely different from the display. When I informed the lady and she said it because of the different baker then she took the cake and put it in the back with huge noise. I got another cake but again it’s different from the display. If they want to sell something different then why there’s a display. The customer service is really bad. Not happy with the purchase this time with Cheesecake shop

No cheesecake tasting tonight. The Cheesecake Shop never bothered to make our order."That's the message I had to send friends when we were trying out cheesecakes for our wedding. We paid for it Thursday for a pickup Friday but something went wrong with the communication internally and we just asked for a refund instead."
